格陵兰议会将表决批准美丹格陵兰安全协议：新增两座美军基地、重申丹麦主权
格陵兰议会定于 2026 年 11 月 3 日星期二表决批准格陵兰与美国、丹麦达成的三方安全协议。路透社报道，多数议员已在上月首轮辩论中表示支持这项协议。

根据路透社报道的协议内容，协议扩大了美国在格陵兰的军事作用，为新建两座美军基地铺路，并纳入特朗普提出的“金穹”导弹防御系统；同时，协议重申丹麦主权和格陵兰人民的自决权。
格陵兰外交部长 Mute Egede表示，批准是格陵兰向前迈出的又一重要步骤。他在社交媒体上写道：“走到这一步，对我们人民来说是一条艰难的路。但我们坚守了基本原则，选择了对话，并为我们国家的利益承担了责任。”他还写道：“这关乎我们所有人，关乎我们热爱的格陵兰，关乎我们的安全，也关乎我们塑造自己未来的权利。”

Greenland Parliament Set to Ratify U.S.-Denmark Security Deal: Two New U.S. Bases Planned, Danish Sovereignty Reaffirmed
Greenland's parliament is set to ratify on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, the Arctic island's security agreement struck with U.S. President Donald Trump, after a majority of lawmakers signalled support for the deal in a first debate last month.
The United States, Denmark and Greenland signed the agreement in September 2026, aimed at ending tensions after Trump's repeated threats to take control of the strategically located and mineral-rich island, a self-governing Danish territory.
The deal expands the U.S. military's role in Greenland, paving the way for two new military bases and Trump's "Golden Dome" missile defence system, while reaffirming Danish sovereignty and Greenlanders' right to self-determination.
Greenlandic Foreign Minister Mute Egede said the ratification was another important step for the island. "The road to this point has been a difficult one for us as a people. But we have stood firm on our fundamental principles, chosen dialogue and taken responsibility for our country's interests," he wrote in a post on Facebook. "This is about all of us. The Greenland we love. About our security. And about our right to shape our own future," he added.
The Danish parliament is due to give the bill a first reading on November 11, followed by a second reading and a vote on November 19. The executive agreement will enter into force once Denmark and Greenland have ratified it and does not require approval from the US Senate.
