佛蒙特州州警逮捕Richford一24岁男子：涉嫌袭击同住家人 11月9日出庭
位于佛蒙特州富兰克林县的Richford镇发生一起家庭暴力案件。佛蒙特州警察局通报，11月7日晚6时50分，St. Albans分局州警接报赶到Richford镇River Street一带，处理一起袭击报案。

Vermont Troopers Arrest Richford Man, 24, on Domestic Assault Charge; Court Appearance Set for November 9
A domestic assault case was reported in the town of Richford, in Franklin County, Vermont. The Vermont State Police said troopers from the St. Albans Barracks responded to the area of River Street in Richford at 6:50 p.m. on November 7 for a reported assault.
Investigators determined that Xavier Rios, 24, of Richford had assaulted a household member during an altercation. The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of domestic violence.
Rios was arrested and transported to the St. Albans Barracks for processing. He was issued a flash citation to appear in Franklin County Court on November 9 at 1 p.m.; the court date and time are subject to change at the discretion of the court, and the clerk should be called to confirm the arraignment time. No bail was set.
The case number is 26A2007558, the investigating trooper is Trooper Harkins of the St. Albans Barracks, and the barracks can be reached at 802-524-5993. The charge remains pending before the court.
